AIS were employed to develop a Stage 5 electrical model, complete with COBie Data for Asset Management to be used by the client (Queens University, Belfast).
Throughout the project AIS were engaged independently by both the M&E Contractors. To ensure efficient coordination AIS were working within a BIM360 hosted cloud based model along with the mechanical coordination team. This meant that AIS were working to the real time updates to the hosted model.
